And, if
it's to tell me about a problem, please remember
to include:
• What version of KillTimer
you're using.
• Information about your AOL
client software (version, whether it's 16 or 32
bit, etc.).
• What browser you're using,
and what version it is.
• Anything else you can tell
me that you think would help.
Also, just a
reminder, if you e-mail me, but you have AOL set
to refuse mail from internet addresses, the reply
will bounce, and I won't be able to get back to
you. I ask that you please set your mail controls
to accept mail from ktsupport@juno.com before e-mailing me.
Provided no unforseen problems occur, I should be
able to answer your e-mail in less than a week.
